Welcome to the first paid lotto of CLOTO! Depending on profits, we hope to have FREE lottos as often as possible. So if this one sells out, expect another free lotto soon!
First Prize: Any Heavy Assault Cruiser of your choice! (Sacrilege, Zealot, Cerberus, Eagle, Deimos, Ishtar, Muninn, or Vagabond)
Second Prize: Any Tech 1 Cruiser of your choice, plus a free ticket into the next paid CLOTO lottery!
Third Prize: Free ticket for the next paid CLOTO lottery.
Ticket Price: 3.5 Million
Tickets Available: 42 / 42
RULES:
There is no limit to the amount of tickets you can buy.
The winners will be determined by the US Powerball drawings (red ball). http://www.powerball.com/ for more information. There is a drawing every Wednesday and Saturday.
The first prize winner will be determined the first drawing after all slots are filled, be it Wednesday or Saturday. The second prize winner will be determined by the next red ball drawing. (So, yes, you COULD theoretically win first AND second prize!)
The third prize winner will recieve a free ticket of their choice into the next paid CLOTO Lottery. To determine that number, the second red ball number will be subtracted from the first. If the second number is HIGHER than the first, then it will loop around - so 0 will become 42, -1 will become 41, and so on. This will allow everybody an equal chance at first, second, and third place.
How do I enter?
Make a post here requesting the number(s) you wish to take. Then, send the ISK to Chemical Castration. This is based on a first paid, first served basis. If your number is already taken by the time you request it, I will contact you ASAP and refund your ISK or change the number(s) you want.
Where do I pick up my phat lewtz?
The prizes will be contracted as close to Jita 4-4 (as availability allows in the case of 'choose your prize' lottos) within 24 hours of the drawing.
In the unlikely event that all tickets are not purchased within two weeks of the post date, all isk will be 100% refunded.

I apologize, if you haven't sent ISK yet there's no slots left. If you send ISK after this is posted, and haven't yet read this, I'll refund your ISK fully.
The three left will be given to Jack Coutu and Elean Tomelac, as their ISK payments were received first and their slots were taken by the time their ISK came.
I will be eve-mailing them or convoing them.

Sorry for the absence. As stated in the other current CLOTO thread, my sister was just engaged so I was away for a few days.
To make up for this, I'll reward the 3 powerball numbers that occurred since the first one the second place prizes: A T1 Cruiser and a Free Ticket.
